Before beginning this process if you haven't already named your current friends list it might be a good idea to do so. The easiest way to do this is by adding a new friend.  When the box pops up when adding, you can type a name into the 'Group' part. Any of your friends that aren't in Spade Friends can be transferred to this new group by clicking on their name and dragging them to the new group name.   When you follow the instructions below, SHG's will import the new list titled 'SPAM'.  It won't duplicate names you already have in your list, but it will move them to the 'SPAM' list.
